Cretan Root is a family-run export company based in Crete, Greece — one of Europe’s southernmost agricultural havens. For over 50 years, we’ve cultivated fresh produce in the ideal climate of Crete, using certified and sustainable practices. Our products are trusted by major retailers and distributors across Europe for their unmatched freshness, flavor, and quality.
We grow and export premium cucumbers, peppers, grapes, and watermelons — directly from Crete’s rich land to Europe’s finest markets.
Table Grape
The microclimate which prevails in Archanes and Silamos in combination with the personal care and love involved have as a result grapes of high quality. We mainly cultivate Thompson Seedelss & Crimson Seedless but we have also expanded to other varieties as well.
